I WANT TO KNOW YOUR STORY…
But I want to know it from your perspective - not through the vision of a man.
Let me see your angles…
Let me help you flush them out.
Blue hour’s always your most beautiful,
( I CANT FIGURE YOU OUT).
You’re so beautifully depressing
- or is it that you’re just depressingly beautiful? Like melancholy art.
I want to hear your heart’s song
- the one that hurts to sing.
Let me sing your song for you. Let me be your voice.
Let me love you where it hurts, please
- Show me all your sorrows.
-like drowning ghosts,
I can feel them pulling you down
Pulling me down.
Let me dive these depths for you.
I get off on this shit.
(Oh wait - I forgot - that’s exactly what they’re dumping in you…)
. SHIT.
Please forgive us Mother,
(for we know not what we do.).

No one deserves to live in a world built upon the degradation of human beings, forests, waters, and the rest of our living planet. Speaking to our brethren on Wall Street: No one deserves to spend their lives playing with numbers while the world burns.

With it’s headwaters springing from Ostego Lake, New York, the Susquehanna begins as a small 50 foot wide creek and travels 444 miles to the Chesapeake Bay in Havre De Grace, Maryland. In some places along it’s journey it expands to more than a mile wide.

Dating back to the Paleozoic Era, the Susquehanna is in the top 5 of the world’s oldest rivers. There is evidence that it predates the Appalachian Mountains that surround it. Educated guestimates place it at around 300 - 500 million years old.

In the Mohawk Valley, where the Susquehanna has it’s origins, is the only place in the world that the Herkimer Diamond can be found. Along with these rare diamonds, the Susquehanna valleys contain a plethora of special crystal and gem veins including clear and milky quarts, pyrite, and the rare Antigorite variety of Serpentine. Recently in 2020, a new crystal, Smoky Elestial/Skeletal Quartz, was discovered in a privately owned section of the river.

Historically, there have been many noteworthy societal associations with the Susquehanna, especially the areas among the Susquehanna Valleys of Pennsylvania and Maryland. Secret orders and philosophical sects, such as the Masons and Rosicrucians, have all taken special interest in these geographical areas. The Susquehannock people, a First Nations federation of about 20 tribes, had many noteworthy anomalies associated with them, and also called these areas home.
What makes this geographical region so esoterically and geographically special?

Did you know?
“The Susquehanna is the largest source of fresh water to the Chesapeake Bay, supplying over half of the freshwater to the Bay. Through the years, it has experienced a significant amount of stress: agricultural practices, nutrient input, mining, stormwater and dams have all left their marks.
Too much nitrogen and phosphorus from farms, stormwater, and, wastewater are harmful to our rivers and streams, and the fish, macroinvertebrates, and plants that live there.” // The Susquehanna River Story
